Fori 01 Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fori Food Delivery app. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
02 Accounts
You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.
03 Use of service
You agree to use the app only for lawful food, grocery, and homemade-meal ordering, and to interact with sellers and riders respectfully. We may suspend or restrict access for misuse of the platform.
04 Orders
Placing an order through the app sends a request to the relevant seller. Order acceptance, preparation time, and delivery time depend on the seller's confirmation, rider availability, and local service conditions. Sellers and admin may decline or adjust an order (for example, due to item availability) before it is confirmed.
05 Payments
Cash on Delivery is currently the supported payment method. Online payment options may appear in the app as placeholders and will be enabled once available; you'll be notified in-app when new payment methods go live.
06 Cancellations & refunds
You may be able to cancel an order before it is accepted by the seller. Once an order has been accepted or is being prepared, cancellation may not be possible. If there's an issue with your order — missing items, incorrect items, or quality concerns — contact support with your order ID so we can review and, where appropriate, arrange a resolution.
07 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, submitting false information, abusing riders or sellers, or interfering with the app's normal operation. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
08 Sellers & riders
Restaurants, grocery sellers, homemade food providers, and delivery riders on Fori operate as independent partners. While we set platform standards and review support requests, individual food quality, preparation, and delivery timing depend on each partner. We take reports of serious issues seriously and will review them promptly.
09 Limitation of liability
Fori provides the app as a platform connecting customers, sellers, and riders. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app, delays, or issues caused by third-party sellers or riders. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10 Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and request account deletion from Profile > Delete Account Request. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your local jurisdiction.
12 Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes, we'll aim to notify you in-app before they take effect.
