Delete your Fori Food Delivery account

Request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to Fori Food Delivery.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete Account Request.
  4. Submit your request.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from your registered email address using the button below. Use the subject Fori Food Delivery Account Deletion Request and include your registered username and phone number. A reason is optional.

Email deletion request

For your protection, we may perform reasonable identity verification. Never send your password, payment PIN, or OTP.

What will be deleted

  • Your Firebase Authentication account
  • Your customer profile and optional profile photograph
  • Account-specific preferences and personal information no longer required for service or record-keeping

Order or transaction records may be retained only where reasonably required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution. Where possible, personal data in retained records will be deleted or anonymized.

Processing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
